These may include donation appeals, informational content, and alerts about contacting your elected officials about local policy issues —collectively referred to as “the Programs.” Messages may be sent using an auto-dialing system to the mobile number you provided or designate. Yourconsent is not required as a condition for any purchase or service.

The number of messages you receive may vary. Rainbow Springs Solar retains the right to modify the frequency of communications at any time, and may also update the sending number or shortcode without notice.

Delivery is not guaranteed across all devices or networks. Carriers and service providers involved with this program are not responsible for delayed or failed message delivery.

How to Opt Out

To stop receiving messages, you must reply to any message or text the sending number with one of the following: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. Once processed, you may receive a final confirmation message. Any other attempt to opt out—including alternative words, phrases, or verbal requests—will not be recognized as a valid opt-out method.If you are subscribed to more than one Program or shortcode, you will need to send a STOP message to each separately.
